Property Description
The villa has 2 spacious Master King bedrooms each equipped to the high standards our guests deserve, each with its own bathroom and outdoor showers and 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
There is a large swimming pool with a fully heated Jacuzzi surrounded by a beautiful huge tropical garden.
Casa Bonita offers a large air-conditioned living room, air-conditioned dining room, family room, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, a large covered and well-equipped gazebo with very good lighting throughout the outside area of the property.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $2,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
Cancel up to 95 days before your arrival date and get a full refund.

Maximum number of people in the villa is 12 people including children and nannies working with the guests.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes). The smoke sensors are placed inside the property. Smoking only in outdoor areas.
It is PROHIBITED the use of any type of drugs on the property. If found any of the guests will be removed from the villa and the rental fee will not be refunded.
The volume of music is subject to CASA DE CAMPO's rules of good behavior, schedules and "no noise'' rules.
The guest is not allowed to remove any items from the villa that belong to the property.
Parties are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed
Additional Rules:
All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
Mandatory resort registration fees are:
$25/ adult (15 years of age and older).
$12/child (Between 4-14 years old).
Free - Children under 4 years of age.
Guests must register and pay on-site.
