Description
Perfectly situated to take advantage of luxury shopping, fine dining, and exciting activities, Villa Vistamar 23 offers accommodations for up to eight guests of all ages. It features four spacious bedrooms, four private bathrooms, and a powder room for guest use. The villa is filled with contemporary furniture and offers fine fittings, artwork, and amenities that help create the perfect tropical vacation home.
While staying at the villa, guests have a housekeeper every day to clean up around the home. A chef is also provided to create delicious meals for everyone in the group. A pool maintenance person and gardener are also available to keep the outside of the villa looking its best. An on-call property manager can also be reached for questions and concerns.
The master suite in Villa Vistamar 23 offers a king-size bed with fine linens, a flatscreen television, and terrace access with stunning views. It also provides a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower, a tub, and a vanity. One of the other guest rooms has a king bed, while the other two are equipped with two comfortable queen beds.
The outside of the villa has a spacious living and dining area right next to a refreshing pool. There are several loungers along the side of the pool and a covered terrace where guests can enjoy meals and conversation until late into the night. Hammocks and a jacuzzi are also provided so you can relax in whatever way you like best.
Guests are near all sorts of activities, including tennis and golf. Inside the villa, there is a media room with a huge television for watching movies. It also comes with an outdoor grill, access to a fitness center, and a sound center. The villa is fully furnished with the best in appliances, art, and extras so that you can enjoy every moment in Casa de Campo.
From 75 to 89 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
From 90 to 100 days prior to arrival, 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
