Villa Encanto
Description
Villa Encanto combines a Caribbean atmosphere with a Moroccan flavor.
Its first level consists of a large living room, equipped with air conditioning, bar, bathroom, Provencal style dining room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, ice machine, among others.
You can enjoy a covered terrace, with dining area, half bath, BBQ. Large studio. Pool area with different environments, including gazebo with dining area for that area. The atmosphere at night, has a Tuscan flavor.
The villa has 5 bedrooms; one on the first level, with queen size bed. The second level consists of 4 bedrooms, two with two queen beds, one with a queen bed, and the master bedroom with a king bed. All with en-suite bathrooms.
For the little ones in the family, we have a cot and high chair, as well as a pool area with its protection. And for the ease of visitors, the villa has ample parking area.
From 75 to 89 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
From 90 to 100 days prior to arrival, 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Additional Rules:
All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
Mandatory resort registration fees are:
$25/ adult (15 years of age and older).
$12/child (Between 4-14 years old).
Free - Children under 4 years of age.
Guests must register and pay on-site.
