Punta Minitas 34 is simply magnificent and is excellent for hosting events thanks to its spacious social areas, which include a spectacular swimming pool and outdoor terrace area, barbecue facilities, dining room and numerous seating options scattered throughout the residence.

It has its own private white sandy beach on Minitas Bay, ideally located just a short walk from the villa. Here guests will find sun loungers set under cabana-roofed awnings, a typical Caribbean style, allowing guests to shelter from the sun while relaxing.

A perfectly manicured lawn, lush tropical garden and tall palm trees are the stars of this tranquil and intimate outdoor space. A stunning infinity pool wraps around most of the villa with plenty of sun loungers surrounding it. There is a large bar and barbecue on the terrace area, with a beautiful array of seating, a must for alfresco dining.
